I have much experience with Christian, Hindu and Islamic prayer. For one thing, I believe Shia Islam is the true religion. People in Shia Islam are most likely to say the truth about the Holocaust, 911, Satanic Bloodlines and more. Iran is the only major country without a Rothschild controlled central bank. Iran’s official religion is Shia Islam. The Satanists hate Iran and Shia Islam the most. In Shia Islam, long prostrations are prominent. I believe Long Prostrations are the strongest form of prayer by a far margin. I think that ideally people should do at least 30 minutes of long prostrations a day. Personally, I do about 1000 minutes long prostrations every week. My supplication during long prostrations is, “I love you Allah, you are the best.” I believe praising Allah during long prostrations are the strongest form of prayer. It is vastly better than asking for anything from Allah.
Currently I do about 5 29 minute long prostrations every day. Lets just make the assumption that I do 150 long prostrations a month and for each long prostration my spirit goes up .5%. That would mean every year my spirit strength goes up over 700,000%+. It takes a while to get used to long prostrations. Initially I used to do 30 second long prostrations, but was doubling it every week until I got up to 29 minute long prostrations. In Iran, top position are taken by people who do long prostrations the best. The best supplication is praising Allah in your native language. That allows for more sincerity and concentration during prayer. Always be content with Allah’s decree. Everything happens by the will and decree of Allah. Never ever hate Allah or engage in worshiping something other than Allah(like idols, Satan or money).
