There is panic retail buying on Tuesday open on stock markets. Look at nasdaq etf. Lowest first 3 hours volume in two weeks despite the largest movement in over a month. Very huge volume divergence. This is a test for no professional demand. I am looking for nasdaq to rapidly fall 20% from here. Oil is coming down when volume came back up today.
